1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 12 Frasers Property Retail developments:
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a FRx member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
3. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore developments.
4. To apply, download the FRx app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play, and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at www.FrasersExperience.com.

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Should the redemption require proof of payment, the actual receipts and/or payment card must be presented for verification.
3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
3. All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
4. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at www.FrasersExperience.com.
5. The Management of Robertson Walk reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
6. The decision of Citibank and the Management of Robertson Walk on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at their reasonable discretion and is final and binding for all participants.
7. Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the third party.
8. The Management of Robertson Walk not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services purchased by the Citi Cardmember from third parties with the vouchers (“Redeemed Products”) and the Management of Northpoint Cityshall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Redeemed Products. All disputes about quality or performance of the Redeemed Products shall be resolved directly with the third party.
9. Citibank and the Management of Robertson Walk reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
10. "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited.
D. OTHERS

2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by The Management of the participating Malls of Frasers Property will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
